SEPTEMBER WOODS

SEPTEMBER WOODS

A glory of gold
And russet and grey,
The tree-tops old
Glow in the day;
And, one by one,
The dry leaves fall,
And the Autumn sun
Smiles on them all.

Where all is still
The rabbits play,
And pheasants fill
Each woodland way;
And, one by one,
The dry leaves fall,
While the Autumn sun
Smiles on them all.

The Mossycup Oak Candlestick

I adore trees and one of my very favorites is The Mossycup Oak.

When I found this little tree candlestick at my local thrift store , it immediately reminded me of the Mossycup Oak Tree. Come Fall,  I always collect it's beautiful large acorns, whimsically fringed at the edges of the cup which make lovely fairy hats. One thing I wish I had done when we first bought our house was plant some Oak trees but at the time I thought it took forever for them to grow, I was wrong.

The Mossycup Oaks grow very fast!

Casper, Spooky & The Twins

Casper, Spooky & The Twins 💫 A mixed media art work ( N. B. Design of The Twins not Mine , not sure who did )

Stargazing at the night sky by a roaring bonfire 🔥 is so, so magical💫Now that Fall has arrived the chilly nights beckon us to the midnight garden, sit by the fire and look up at the stars a little more closer spying the constellations 🌌 in the deep dark sky. Not long ago I posted some of the constellations I noticed with the @skyview app, a really fun application that helps you find the constellations a lot quicker💫
The stars never leave you alone and guide you in your journeys✨never finding yourself lost🌟only I always find myself happily Lost in Space 😉⭐️✨💫🌟
