Thought it would be nice to share this VINTAGE photograph on PPF that my husband created with his camera while on our honeymoon in Bermuda. It was 1982 and back then we had a regular Canon camera.
He took two individual photographs , one a portrait and the other of me looking at something in the ocean; can't remember what it was, it was sooo long ago....now it's just a distant memory.
Once he took those two pics he then layered them together and got this image you see here; it's probably one of the few pictures of me I am comfortable showing ...haha.
Anyway, I thought it be fun to change the colouring of the photograph up a bit. I wonder what my dearest thinks : )

Sorry for misleading you folks. The first photograph you see in this post was entirely done with the canon camera. What my husband did was take the first picture of me in the water and then took the second picture on top of the first picture creating a double exposure - the film didn't advance; a feature of the Canon camera A1 SLR we had back then. No special editing programs were used.
As for the second photograph, I used Flickr Avery Program with their filters , not photoshop. Hope this clears things up a bit.
Painting in Photoshop and creating digital art is so rewarding and amazing art work can be achieved.
My son got me the program , now it's a matter of applying myself to learning the program, perhaps between painting breaks : ) I love incorporating original paintings into the digital art work, always gives quite a surprise at the end .

Wow, Annabelle. That is an awesome photo of you. You are a very beautiful woman, yay for women! I like what you did with the photo and am getting tempted to buy the program Photoshop. I'll have to look into it. Happy PPF!
Wonderful photo. My honeymoon was in 1986, but was not as nice as here.
Gorgeous, annabelle.
I like both what your husband did to your beautiful portrait and your latest digital alterations to it. It is fun to work with digital programs. Now you have me thinking about what pictures of my wedding I could scan and play with. It's a point to ponder. Blessings!
A lovely atmospheric photo, I love your husbands original and the new depth of colour you have added making it your own. Thanks for stopping by and leaving such sweet comments at my little space :)
Wonderful layering, and such a beautiful photo of you. You look a bit melancholic ... Yes, Photoshop is great, so many things you can do with it ....
Great photos. I love the overlay, it gives such a pretty, wistful look to the photo.
Happy PPF!

Such a beautiful photo of you - you look very wistful and faraway. I like the effect your husband achieved superimposing the photos together and you enhancements make it look even sunnier and brighter.
That's pretty awesome! I love how the color change makes it look even better. :)
Cool photos and how they got layered! Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier too!
