Will-O'-The-Wisp * Ignis Fatuus •*´¨*

Oh , foolish ephemeral fire, do tell who you are.

Although it is said that the ghostly lights are "sometimes seen at night or twilight
Over bogs, swamps and marshes", these Spirit Wisps were seen by me

in the early morning light....Right inside this room! Maybe these ghost,
fairy, elemental flaming wisps maybe the workings of the black cat
obscure from view, silently still in the dark shadows of this photograph.

Can you see The Bremen Musicians standing behind the Corpse Candle?

*Ephemeral Fire*

Lucky for a moment to catch this glowing light......
Could it be Will the Smith or is it Stingy Drunk Jack?

*Moon Spirits *

Can you see two moon faces above the Magic Orb?
Oh, and there is Luna peeking from under the button flower.

The Spirits are Leaving *

And then the light, faintly dancing on the walls,
receded into the garden frosted in white.

Below Information taken from Wiki....

In 1891, JG Owens wrote in the Journal of American

Folklore this:" As you approach it, it will move on, keeping
just beyond your reach, if you
retire it will follow you."

"But now a light produced from burning gas could have the
form described, advancing as you
advance, reaching as you reach, and all other times remaining
stationary without having any visible connection with the
earth, is not clear to me!!"

"Barn Owls also have luminescent plumage with a high albedo
that can reflect enough light from sources such as the Moon
to appear as a Will-O'-the-Wisp."

Whatever it is, it is quite Strange, for I never intended to write about Will-O'-the-Wisp,

never even hear of it until now but while admiring the Wispy filigree strands of light,

I wondered at how to describe them...

Wisp came to mind.
